The cost of dental cement in Ontario is going up, as the province begins a new system for dentists to set up shop in the province.
The provincial government has announced a new dental cement program, which will see new dentists register to be certified.CBC News asked some of Ontario’s dentists what the new program means for them.
“We’re a little bit worried,” said Bob Lacey, president of the Ontario Association of Dentists.
“There are some things that have to change.
We’re going to have to get more dental cement,” he said.”
But Dr. Paul Pinto, president and CEO of the Canadian Dental Association, said the new plan is an improvement over previous dental cement programs.””
It’s going to mean that we are a little more cautious about what we are doing with the cement.”
But Dr. Paul Pinto, president and CEO of the Canadian Dental Association, said the new plan is an improvement over previous dental cement programs.
“It’s certainly not going to make dentists happier,” he told CBC News.
“They’re going back to what they used to do, which is not necessarily the same.”
The new program is a big deal for dentistry, as there are a lot of new dentist openings every year.
In 2017, there were more than 30,000 dentists in Ontario, up from 12,500 in 2016.
Pinto says dentists can get a certificate if they follow the program, but the government wants to make sure they follow it and that they have a plan.
The new plan says that dentists must register for a two-year membership, but will waive that membership for new dentistas.
The program is currently being implemented in the following areas:Dentistry: New dental cement clinics will open in 2017, and dental cement will be available at all licensed dentists.
In 2018, the government is also proposing to open new dental clinics in the Greater Toronto Area, and in the Niagara region.
The dental cement system will be phased in gradually, with the program starting in 2021.
A spokesperson for Health Canada says the government has been reviewing the new cement program for a number of years and will continue to do so.
The government will also be looking at other ways to improve access to dentistry.
The CBC is asking the government to respond to some of the questions below.
